Blue Sky Cafe didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a question: what if a mountain town had a place that treated a pour-over with the same respect a cocktail bar gives a Martini?

We opened our doors on Mill Street with two goals — serve coffee that makes people pause, and create a space where the evening drink feels just as considered as the morning one. The community here in Bayfield has made that vision real. Every regular, every visitor, every conversation at the counter is why we're still here, still pulling shots, still stirring drinks.
